Policies


Terms All merchandise is sold prepaid by credit card and PayPal.  Canadian and International orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Receiver is responsible for all applicable duties , taxes and brokerage fees.


Warranty The manufacturer warrants its club heads and shafts against breakage under normal on course use for the original purchaser for a period of one year from date of purchase. During this period the manufacturer will replace any returned product which, in its sole opinion, is determined to be defective. Returns due to abuse, misuse or denting or fracturing of the club head caused by mishits on areas other than the hitting surface will not be replaced. Cosmetic surfaces are subject to wear and not covered by warranty. Any attempt to modify or alter the manufacturer’s products will void this warranty. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for all loss, damage or injury to person or property resulting from the use of said goods and manufacturing process or in combination with other substances or otherwise.


Returns: Products are sold as component club heads or with the option of custom assembly. Demo drivers for the purpose of trial and return are available by phoning in a demo order. Component club heads may be returned within 3 days of receipt provided the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as when shipped. Custom assembled products may be returned if in need of warranty repair or the result of mis-shipment. Assembled demo clubs for the purpose of testing may be returned within the terms of the demo agreement. Returns are not permitted on used, closeout merchandise or custom assembled golf clubs. No returns will be accepted without obtaining a Return Authorization Number from the Seller. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Unused goods returned other than defective merchandise or misshipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price less shipping.. All returns must include the original or a copy of the original invoice. Returns remain the property of the customer until inspection determines eligibility for acceptance. Goods ineligible for acceptance will be returned to the owner


Shortages and Damages All shipments are carefully counted and checked before leaving our facility. Please inspect merchandise upon delivery. If there are any damaged items or shortages, please keep all packing materials and notify the Seller and the carrier immediately. All claims must be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment.


Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted based on prices and terms prevailing at the time of order.


Limitation of Remedy Seller's liability arising from or in any way connected with the items sold, the delivery or any delay with respect thereto or otherwise arising from or relating to this agreement shall be limited exclusively, and at the Seller's sole election, to either (1) repair or replacement of items sold or (2) refund of the purchase price paid by Buyer. In no event shall Seller or its supplier of any tier, be liable for any incident, consequential or special damage of any kind or nature whatsoever.
